nonsense! all you need is a healthy 300 I6 in a healthy F-Series...lol

What you need to do is "borrow" the 300 from the truck, install it into an F600 or F700 Chassis, and try again. The 300 will do it, but the F-150,250,350 chassis might not, even as great as they are.

lol you guys are great...the stump is about 1 1/2 feet in diameter..i couldnt even budge it with my dads kubota with the diff locks on in low range if that tells you how stout this stump is..

bigger and longer chain will sort that stump, get like a 100 foot run on it lol

I have a 1979 f150 4x4 300 Cid, b&w t18b transmission (4spd), 205 transfer, 9 inch rear and Dana 44-7f front axel, 3.55 gears and in low granny 4low I have pulled several oak stumps out of the ground with it. Had to load it up with weight because the tires just spun with out it.

I have even tried to make it a submarine once Crossing the river while stationed in Alaska. Thank God for rubber floor mats. Not knowing there was a hole in the Crossing I wound up with water coming through the driver door window
