NumberDummy,

My musical equipment is all american.

Mesa Boogie,

Warwick Basses,

I have a Yamaha Bass (Billy Sheehan) signature 1 of 300. So yamaha would be what "japanese". But all in all my musical instruments are all american, even my toys from my F250, '68 cougar bought from an Ole Lady and 61 ford Falcon bought from a Rockabilly girl for $500.

I have a 1877 Steinway Square Grand, and a 1925 Baldwin Parlor Grand (and a Pierce Piano Atlas to date 'em). But when it came time to buy a stereo to play my Deutsche Gramaphone CD's, I had to go with a foreign brand..couldn't find anything else...and I did look, too.

I was looking a few weeks ago in the AutoTrader up here in Canada and there was 2 listed at over 100 grand. For a freakin' Mustang! If they are still there I will see if I can post the link.

IMO that is just plain ridiculous…shame someone will over inflate them to that price…and that is way over inflated.

Hope the link works.

The other one must have sold or the person who was trying to sell it sobered up enough for an hour to see that there aren't that many crackpots up here going to pay that much.....

And no tax! Gee like you aren't taking it up the ying yang hard enough paying the "FIRM" asking price..... and 200.00 viewing fee!

And the worst thing these price gougers do, is get a bad rap from customers. It doesn't help Ford any, either. What a dealer does, good or bad, reflects on the manufacturer he represents.

Price gouging on one vehicle can cause way more harm than people realize.

For $125,000 you could have THIS CLASSIC instead. And tomorrow, and next week, and next month, and next year, etc., etc., etc., it will STILL BE WORTH (at least) $125,000.
