1987 Ford F-150 4x4 5.0L, rebuilt motor, needs work

Thanks. It had zero posts, so I thought it was locked or something. I also thought that I posted this truck on FTE marketplace, but can't find the ad. Anyway...

1987 Ford F-150, 5.0L rebuilt motor, needs work. Bed is also included in the sale, it's in very good condition and is in my garage. Title is clean. $800 OBO.

Some back story. My father bought the truck and the motor needed a new oil pan, so he rebuilt the motor. He got it back in but wasn't able to finish the work due to health problems. The title is now in my name, and I don't have the time or space to work on the truck. The main issue is the injectors don't fire, probably a grounding issue somewhere. Truck does fire when fuel is poured down the intake. The rear fuel tank will need to be replaced, I have a new front tank, as well as fuel selector switch. Again, motor is rebuilt (I don't know specifics but I think it has performance cams in it. I don't think it was bored out, but I think it was re-sleeved.)

Please let me know if you have any questions. More photos: http://wecphoto.smugmug.com/F150/n-KGRSS/

Is the truck a short bed or a long bed?
If a short bed, I'll take it

I have some SD truck mats that will fit at least 2006-2010 models.

Make an offer
