If you are looking for a radio for 48 f1. I sold one to the Radio Man Shop, In arlington.texas he was going thru it (recondition) and going to resale it. I don't have his telephone#. It is high dollar.I got 250.00 for it and it didn't work. if this will help you. The fordman

You can only use a radio from a 48-50 truck or a 49 Merc car. There are adapters out there for the 49-51 car radios to fit, but are very rare. The Merc radios are easier to find, I got mine off Ebay for $45.00 plus freight. Be patient, they come up on Ebay periodically.
