12 volt conversion

I am in the process of converting my 52 F2 to 12 volt using a Delco 10SI alternator and I have run into a small problem. I'm supposed to run a wire from terminal #2 on the alternator to the ignition switch, however, I don't know which pole on the switch the wire goes to. The poles are marked AMP, COIL, and RAD GA.
I'm leaning towards AMP. Any opinions?

Not positive, but I think you should go with RAD GA. It seems like the wire to the alternator from the switch should only have power when the key is on, or the alternator may drain the battery when not running.

I concur. I've drained the batt. twice before I switched it to RAD.GA. Thanks
