Electric fan installation

well with christmas comes truck gifts. I got one of the 16" Slim Line fans from Sacramento Vintage for my 56 F-100. Unfortunately no instructions were included so I'm stuck with this weird plug and idea how to find a matching end for it or where to wire it up. Has anyone installed these things before? Thanks

Jim

Oh and also, I need to put in a temperature sensor, but I just dropped a 79 302 in the truck. Do I need a special sensor to hook up on the engine to match with the stock dash instrumentation?

You should be able to hook the wires to a battery and see which wires are what. There should be one for puller, one for pusher and a ground. If you want to run the fan by a switch you don't need a temperature sensor. If you want to have it run by a set temperature you can buy a remote switch that goes in the radiator and will turn the fan on at a preset temperature.
