2007 Reverse Sensor Failure Expy Limited EL
Yesterday I backed into a parking space I backed into a hundred times against a brick building.
When I get the steady tone I stop.
Yesterday it went from a fast beep to---nothing. Silence.
I stopped, looked at the message center and all was fine. Sensor was on.
I continued to back up slowly hoping it would come alive againand hit the building.
I was going 1/100th of a MPH so I didn't damage anything but the trailer hitch made contact before the bumper was damaged (good to know).
Anyone else notice this or had this problem?
I pulled forward and re-did the whole thing and it worked fine.
It was raining very lightly at the time.

I wish there was a way to increase the volume on it. The dealer tried and said the older ones were able to increase the volume. This one eludes the dealer and me as to how.
Glad to hear no damage to your ride though.
