.... as a viet nam vet I remember just how much of a help they were to us when the public didn't want any part of us.
I was just a tot at the time, so please accept a very belated "thank you" for your service.
I was driving home the other day and a USO commercial came on the radio. I sat there stunned with how it hit me and decided I had to do something. I called the Atlanta USO and will be seeing how I can arrange my schedule to greet our troops at Hartsfield airport.

Ken I think thats a great thing to do, I have heard those types of commercials and have looked into it myself some. I have friends over there now and some recently returned and even though they won't admit it you can see it in their eyes that they appreciate the gesture and the thoughts.

Ya, there aren't many of us out here in the "boonies" Sometimes I wish I was closer to my friends on FTE, but then I have a day like yesterday and those thoughts disappear in a heartbeat!
I was out working on one of the "Cats" yesterday, sunny and warm, sitting on one of our upper fields and could see between 30-100 MILES in any direction, counted over 70 deer with 7 NICE Bucks, hundreds of quail, chuckers, and pheasants, all while listening to Molly Hatchet! Sometimes it just don't get any better............

i sit here many days and watch turkeys, deer, an occasional fox, but more than the wildlife i watch what this project does. those of you that are slamming WU's, i wish i knew how you do it.
to all of you that have folded even 1 WU, God bless. as i've said, 50 WU"s or 1 WU, you are heroes. some have great computers, most have old geezers like mine.
i hope nobody gives up because they don't run 5 WU's a week. i'd like to do 5/month.
Bless what you can do. i know there is a woman in Heaven that appreciates what you all do. i'm here on earth and can't express how grateful i am for what you all do.
don't give up guys and girls. someday, this will come back and kiss you all on the lips.
