would if ford made the f-150 so that you could order it in a dually. what do u guys think.

The F150 is a "half ton" truck. Dual wheels are used on heavier trucks like the "one ton" F350.

didnt somebody used to make a fiberglass wheel-well extendion thing, like a flare but a lot wider, for use on the rear wheels? was about half the width of a duallys fender, but looked dang good with a wide tire. wish i could find one of them again......

What I would really like to see is a specially fabricated bed for the Superduties that is stepside instead of straight or dually. I think that would be cool looking as the lines on that truck are more agressive than the 150's.

Aren't the beds the same length? So in theory couldn't you swap out the beds? I know it's a lot of work but to someone sufficiently motivated it could be done.
