'52 Frame Measurement Needed

I am re-attaching the front frame horns on a 52 1/2 ton frame. The P.O. removed them but I want to have a bumper on mine. What is the overall length of the stock frame for a '52 1/2 ton truck?

The frame horns are the same and they accept the same bumper but the overall frame length is different.

Measuring along the bottom of the frame, from the center of the forward-most rivet on the front crossmember to the end of the frame horn (I measured the passenger side, didn't think to do both) is 13.25". The upper rail is a little longer due to the angle (it matches the curve of the bumper), but I can't measure that right now. The upper also sweeps upwards a little, in other words the rail becomes wider to match the bumper. If you need more measurements I would defer to someone who has their front end off, I can't measure the top rail accurately with it all together.

Thanks guys! That gives me a couple of ideas on how I can make a jig to cut the horns of the donor and locate on my frame.

Make sure your cuts and welds are in front of the forward spring shackle mount.
