Thanks for posting the article.

They say in the article that:
"Our study shows that the NOx impact of B20 varies with engine design, such that some engines show a small increase while others show a small decrease."
Do you have any idea how this would relate to our powerstrokes???

If you look at the top of Table 3 on page 5 of the report, they list the Navistar 7.3L diesel results from the study. There was no difference in NOx emmissions for our PSD Fords. There are other engine types listed there too.
