First, there is no reason for you to have any problems.
Just make sure the wheels and handlebars are tied down and can't flap around. When carried on the rear of the truck, they are somewhat protected from the wind. On the front, they are being pummelled.
Second, with the small added weight up front, and the weight added to the front wheels by the Weight distributing hitch, you will bottom the front suspension easier, so watch for the potholes!! The ride MAY suffer a little.
If the ride is too harsh, you can look into some U code springs for the front to increase your spring travel distance.
