Gallery Posting Issues
56panelford: I have tried to post to my Gallery without success. I keep getting the little blank box when I do the browse download. I did update my album with pictures of my panel that you should be able to access. I just got the panel back from my friends paint shop and have not had time to start the reassembly. Check out the Album. Frank

Did you ever make any of the rubber bumpers Chuck? I know someone who is in need of them.

New here. 56panelford turned me onto this thread.
I have a 1955 panel got it in 1980 or so, I guess you can say I saved it from the scrapper. Over the years I have managed to get 98% of the parts. Should be 99% after my last acquisition finalizes. The remaining part is the driver side rear door latching mechanisms.
The panel is in the fittting process awaiting bodywork to begin, just electrical penetrations and hood alignment and tear down for bodywork. I am actually pretty excited to get this stage started because it feels like there is a light at the end of this loooong tunnel.
A few additions to this panel is a dodge aspen front end, an independent rear end out of a 96 Lincoln Mark VIII, flat firewall, vintage air. Powered by a 64 327 SBC and a 700r-4 trans. I have done al the work so far and will continue, but I am seriously thinking about farming the interior out, my sewing skills are very questionable, so pictures of interiors much appreciated, thinking nothing fancy plain and simple. Paint will be two tone, color to be decided according to my bodywork skill, first lower colors and I may be off on description is dark blue base with candy black shot over that, upper pearled cream white. These are my thoughts everything is subject to change up to the final day.
