I picked up my Model Kits on Wednesday. apparently the guy bought 5 or 8 all together. Chinook Hobby In Calgary These are a special edition model as they were part of a special order made for a dealer in the US. The guy at Chinook Hobby brought them in for me.

yep, its the model King issue, i was confused for a second looking at the box. my memories a bit hazy, but i think there are three diffrent versions of this box, the kit is the same, but there are three diffrent box covers. i tell ya, there were a lot of guys on scaleauto happy when Dave the "Model King" said he was going to do a run of these. whenever i find some and get them, im thinking of taking two and making a Supercab 4x4. make a replica of the Beater. its a lot cheaper to see what your ideas look like on a model than the real thing. thanks for posting dennis

I don't know if he (Chinook Hobby) has sold any others..... but they are $35.00 Gst.

I told him I could sell thousands of them if they were available.

if you need more of them, or want a lower price, try modelexpress.net you can order from their canadian branch, in cranbrook i believe, i think he had it listed at $21 something, but im not too sure just a thought

right, sorry, been a while since i checked that site, except there should be no border fees if your ordering from the canadian branch. only taxes, and i usually get a better shipping rate because i buy a few at a time or me and another couple guys join an order
