I think they are worth the money. I am going to convert my 2005 when it comes time to replace those front bearing/hub assemblies.

I might have browsed through the article too quickly but I didn't see a price.
How much do they cost?

If I remember correctly, it's about $1300. If you plan on keeping your truck forever, it is a worthwhile expenditure because it removes those danged unitized bearings from the front end. The various auto manufacturers use unitized bearings for one reason: these bearing assemblies make the vehicle cheaper to manufacture. The Dynatrack system is what has been used for eons in the front of these trucks and it is stronger and more long-lived.

IMO, if you plan on having the truck for a number of years and running larger/oversized tires and larger offset wheels, the upgrade kit is definately worth it.

It allows you to service the wheel bearings and not have to wait for them to fail like you have to with the stock unit bearings.

Kit is over $1300

the 2005-2007 Super Duty kit has not been released yet.
It will be released some time in 2007...not sure when as of yet.

We sell the kits, and I run the Super Duty Combo kit on my 2001, if you have any questions let me know.

Sometime in 2007...they are shooting for the first quarter of 07.
Of course that is always subject to change.

I put them on my early 99. They are worth the money in opinion. I think mine were 1695.00 from SDHQ.

FWIW, Dynatrac has just had $100 price increase across the board.
$1695.00 was the price before the increase.
