Defroster vents

Hey everybody,
I think my defroster vents are clogged up, what is the best way to get them cleared out? How is the best way to get into them hopefully without pulling the dash? Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions!

is there just no air blowing out of them ?? it is more then likly not stopped up it is more then likely the vaccuum control is broke , it has happen to me many of times, most of the then time you can reach under the dash and find it some times you will have to remove part of the dash to get to it.

It blows a little bit but not much! The last time it rained and I took it out that night and I couldn't keep the windshield defrosted.
