Nominations For Post of the Month

Guess I need to get this started.

We have Del nominated for his post and help given to Fordboy(and others).

I'd like to nominate Rollie for his post and work to give us a great Christmas Party again this year.

Others please post up.

We'll start a poll and voting on January 1st and run it through the 5th. Anyone who would like to nominate another post (chapter member) is welcome.

As per the other thread nominees need to be KS Chapter members. I still haven't worked it all out but I'm thinking about small prizes to all nominees. And maybe carry 2nd place over for the voting for the next month.

Hadn't though about nominees needing to be seconded. But I'll take the two above posts as a 2nd and a 3rd for both nominees.

Thanks guys.

I'm going to be gone this weekend. Looks like I'll leave about Wednesday and be back next Monday or Tuesday sometime. So I'd like to get this started. I'd like to nominate 74 Bronco for Post of the month. Clint seems to be busy all the time helping others. If it's not working on my Brothers stuff or his Brothers stuff it's working on Dads stuff or his Aunts stuff. Then he is helping folks out in a 4x4 club he belongs to. This is in addition to working a full time job and trying to attend events. Then he uses the little time off he dose have to help out folks on this board. But then I'm a little biased I guess. I owe him a whole beef's worth of steak dinners for the help he has given me.

So for his post on Chads thanks post where I stood around and watched how the stuff fell off of YA, I nominate Clint (74 Bronco) for post of the month for January.

Nominations can be anytime after the 1st of the month. Voting starts on the 1st of the next month for the previous month. I was even thinking of carrying over second place from the previous month.

I have to exclude myself. I'm the one putting this thing on so I guess it would be a conflict of intrest. Besides I'm only good for standing around trying to remember what worked and what didn't these days.

We have lots of great folks in the KS chapter that have taken time to help others. I just wanted to try and recognize some them.

I'm going to nominate Duane this month. I called him several times for mechanical advice and he was right there for me. He also used his truck and fuel to tow Yard art to the Salvage place, and helped another member move. (almost getting squished by a workbench :-) Always seems to be helping others :-) So my vote is for duane.

I slept in this morning. I was up late posting replies to Fordthug.

I will second Duane and proud to.

I have meet many fine folks in the KS Chapter. Folks that have given so much to others. We have so many folks like that in our chapter. Some I'm sure that I don't even know about along with the many that I do know.

That's the reason I started this. Not just to say thank you to the folks that I know about, but to ones I don't know also. I can think of many more folks that deserve this recognition. And I will do my best to get around to them all.
