alright, this might seem far outstreched, but i feel this is possible. i saw in this old truck magizine that a guy biult a edsel ranchero, but ford never made this kind od car. i was wandering id i could fabricate(sound out of this world, and very expensive too, but i want to try) a 1959 Ford F-100 Excursion, by splicing the back end of a regualer f100 cab, the the front of a 59 ford panel, therefore creating a 4 door suv out of a 59 ford truck. any tips? any good drawers, lol. anyway, thanks for any imput on this and my other post about the hood. later

I think it's possible, but would probably cost a fortune like you said. Just a thought...I think you would have to have an extremely xtra long wheelbase in order for your rear doors to clear the fender wells.

 

if you were to look around you will find that ford made a four door pickup in 1960 (crewcab)
