Well Mr. Matty know it all, the first event happened in 1967 and the second happened in 1983.

Which is 17 and 23 after, respectively.

Surely you know about baseball, apple pie and .........

But she hasn't submitted a request. And she hasn't posted much in the last year. Maybe she will start soon?

I haven't done either. When I first joined I was just looking for a Ford Truck. Then I was busy working most of the summer, and when I did get a chance to get online my computer died so I had to wait to get a new one. Plus I just got my truck a month ago. I'll post more for a few weeks anyway. Then it's back to working 14 to 16 hours a day, which means I won't be posting much until fall time again.

See What Happens Monique.....

When you join a bunch of "Wild and Crazy Guys" (which movie actor uses this line?).
Now the part about working looooong hours. All you need to do is pop in once and a while, stir the pot as much as you can, disappear for a few days, then come back & laugh like heck at all the responses.
Ask me how I know this works.
ALSO ... Welcome back & catch you later.
AL.

I have no clue who uses that line. I do know what happens when you throw a female in the mix of a bunch of guys. uhhh, that don't sound to good, but ya'll should know what I meant. errr wait you're guys, the gutter is where your minds are ALWAYS at or vehicles or sports. Ask me how I know that one?
I will be able to be around more often now that I have a decent running computer, just not so often in the summer.
Thanks for the welcome back.

It's A Simple Matter...

Of the individual mind.
I'm sure that someone will be rolling on the floor laughing for all the wrong reasons.
Others will mind their P's and Q's a little better. (do you know the origin of that expression?)
AL.
"I'm A Wild And Crazy Guy".... is a signature line used by Steve Martin.

Some will, that's okay.
The origin of it, no.
However I do have the following:
Means to learn one's letters. Dates back to the late 18th century. Some people think it refers to the hard time children had learning to distinguish between the letters p and q, since they are mirror images of one another.
There are several different opinions on the origin, none of which I know.
LOL! I don't think that's what you meant, huh?

In Days Of Old...

When Knights were bold and toilet paper was not invented.....(I'll let someone else finish that line FRANK)
I the pubs of the day, there were behavior rules that were to be respected. Now, the beverage of the day was ale. Ale was served in Pints and Quarts. Often fights would break out and all patrons were told to mind there P's and Q's so they would not spill their favorite drink.
Quite like the Brass Monkey expression, some things loose their true meaning over time.
AL.

Thomas Chalmers died on June 12, 1966, and quoted:

“Every man is a missionary, now and forever, for good or for evil, whether he intends or designs it or not. He may be a blot radiating his dark influence outward to the very circumference of society, or he may be a blessing spreading benediction over the length and breadth of the world.”
