Only to a point, as the machinery set-up differntly @ Mercury of Canada to punch the different set of Holes in the Hoods for the M-series Lettering on the Front of the Hood, Side-flashes on the Sides of the Hood & that a completely different center section for the Tail-gate had to be stamped-out & welded into place.
Something else I've subsiquintly found is that the Canadian Hood Side-flashes used on the '57-'60 trucks F-series trucks, is the same design that was used on the M-series trucks, just w/ FORD/F-100 Lettering in place of the MERCURY/M-100 Lettering.
Which is rather different from what the U.S. made F-series Hood Side-flashes looks like.
This might have been done for other year models as well.
