That appears to be an EFI fuel system. Can't wait to see the numbers.

That is a Ford 400 motor. It is bored +0.030" and stroked to 4.25". The heads are CHI-3V alloys. The above dyno plot was with a carb (size ?). The EFI runs will come later.

400 isn't an M. 351M is though. yea, look around the forum and search builds- 400 has a history of greatness as of late.

Tim...what distributor are you referring to?

Ford only gave letter designations to the various 351's as in 351C 351W 351M and then they changed the numbers on the 4th engine with the same bore/stroke combo AKA the 352.

Looking good Dan and Tim! When you get her all tweaked I know you will post some good numbers!

What are the black and purple lines? I can't read the designations.

Actually Eric to be perfectly correct the 352 is not the fourth engine with that bore stroke, it's the first.

Oh and technically they are closer to 352cid anyway the actual displacement mathematically is 351.86.

Yeah it was the first one produced! Little brother to my mighty 390!!!

And to be technically correct my 390 was closer to a 396 when punched. Same B/S as a Chevy 396. Mine ran better tho!
