Brian S is starting off with a positive reputation.
How about a Bud Moore air box intake for a Cleveland? Runners are large, 4V size and are approx. 9-1/8" long.

Is there anyone who makes custom manifolds?

Or will take an off-the-shelf manifold and modify it?

I had a thought about taking a manifold like a Torker for a 351C, and splitting it into two pieces lengthwise. Then setting the two halves in a jig, and welding them back together. Of course a new mounting plate would be needed for the carb mount.

You could always build your own tunnel ram out of sheet metal.
