Actually this thread is for All Ranchero and 61-67 vans. AS for the floor pan I am not sure about that. I'm more of a mechanic than a body man.

1972 thru 1979 Rancheros will use nearly an identical floor pan. You also may be able to splice in a floor pan from a station wagon...depending on where the rust out is.

You can splice floor pans from 72 to 76 Ford Torino cars or wagons. 77-79 were the LTD II cars and those floor pans. If you use those vehicle descriptions at a aftermarket metal supplier they then maybe able to help find those floor pans.

If you can't find the reproduction floor pans, it's not that tough to build your own.... Cut out the rust out, make a cardboard template and trace it onto some 20ga. steel. Cut out the steel 1/2" larger then the template and flange the ends to make a flush mount seam. Find a sheet metal shop (or a neighborhood racer) with a bead roller and roll a few reinforcements beads into your patch panel and weld it into place. Paint the panel and seams top and bottom with POR-15 then put some seam sealer over the welds... I usually undercoat the bottom side and some black paint on the inside and you're done.....
