Glycerol as Livestock Feed

Here is the link to the study by the U of A on using glycerol in chicken feed. The report is preliminary, and the study is ongoing: http://www.newswise.com/p/articles/view/522454/

This site has a copy of the report about feeding glycerol to cattle: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/B.../message/16878

There is another study done from the land "down under", but I only have it in PDF form, which I can't post in this thread but I will see if I can find it on another site and post the link here.
