'59-'60 factory 4x4 help

Hi,
I'm looking for the length of the transfer case shift lever inside the cab (from the floor to the top of the lever) on a '59 or '60 factory 4x4. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

'59-'60 factory 4x4 help

Just an update to close the thread....
I got the info I needed. I was working up in Oxford N.J. yesterday, and on my way up Rt. 31 I saw a nice '59 F-250 4x4 sitting in a body shop parking lot. The owner of the shop was nice enough to open up the truck and let me take some measurements. The height was 9" in case that helps anyone else.
