Intercooler Question?
first off im loving this truck, second off i live in ohio what could i expect the ntercooler water temp to reach like max because i am buying at gauge to monitor that. the one i was told to buy was range 40f to 140f is that enough of a range or does it need to be higher. also what type of rear end does this have and is it a open diff if so i am going to change that because open diff's suck.
wheni have this dyno tuned with my pulleys,exhaust, cia does my rev limiter need to be bumped up some or not?

Why do you want to monitor the intercooler temp? What are you hoping to accomplish by putting a gauge on the fluid temp?
In my opinion, the first gauges you should put on your truck are:
1. A/F wideband (AEM makes a nice one)
2. Fuel pressure
3. Boost/Vacuum
Ford Lightnings have a 9.75 limited slip rear end. The most popular upgrade to the rear diff is swapping out the OEM (clutch design) limited slip diff with a Detroit TrueTrac geared (clutchless design) limited slip diff.

Whenever you get the truck dyno tuned, talk to your tuner and let him know exactly what you want. If he's a competent tuner, he already has a basic tune he uses for Lightnings, and just customizes and tweaks it for whatever truck he's tuning, with whatever mods it has, to fit the application the driver wants the tune for.

S_Harvey is exazctley correct as is Ken Payne. The major problem I had with my 02 was the previous owner let his friend tune the truck with a Diablo-Preadaator chip. however the friend did not know what he was doing, did not tune it on a dyno with a wide range A/F meter, almost runied the motor. I did several mods to my truck and it pulls 382 rwhp on a dyno and is safe to drive.

well i have a 2.81 sc pully, cai , borla exhaust, extreme honed out intake manifold, upgraded throttle body, i have a stewart racing boost gauge and i will get a aem wideband. the person that doe's my tuning is one of the best mustang and lighting tuner here in the state of ohio. MD Motorsports he is the nephew of the owners of sct "superchips" so he has been doing this for awhile

As for Quaife, do they even make one for rear-wheel drive vehicles?
For me, I'd stick with a proven winner in the TrueTrac. It's a clutchless design that eliminates rebuilding the rear.
I have a TrueTrac in my '99 Lightning because I got tired of doing the one-wheel-peel in the water box at the dragstrip. Plus, I autocross locally whenever NorCal UFO sets up at our local airport, and it works great. Plus looking at the prices of some of the Torsens, the TrueTrac is a deal.

well i just put my boost gauge in and my truck has 9.5 pounds of boost at redline is that right for a 2002 hd. also i ordered a 2.81 upper pulley and a 4# lower pulley what should my boost beafter these mods? also what type of oil do i need to put in the supercharger i will be doing a drain and refill. thanx
