Smile Stalling Problems

Hello, I have a 96 power Stroke, That stalls every now and then. I'll be driving down the highway doing 45 - 60 mph then the motor stalls. Most of the time 5 /10 sec's later it starts back up and down the road we go. What could this be. Could it be a fuel problem? Someone please help. Thanks

Rob this is a very common problem with the 7.3 powerstroke. The cam position sensor (cps) is going out and needs replaced. Get one off ebay for $55 or your local international dealer for <$100

Super easy to replace. The sensor is at the the 10 o'clock positon by the crank balancer and pulley. Just need a 10mm socket or wrench. It's that easy.
