Hello from Germany !

Please take a look at this pic. I bought it for my 54 F100. Now after flipping pages of various F100 catalogs I am not sure anymore that it actually fits. It looks to me like the 56 kit and not the 53-55. The bag I bought from John's F100 was not labeled. I e-mailed them with picture but have not received an answer yet. Need to know asap as I have to order the right kit in case this is not the right one. Thanx for your help.

Kai, I was looking in my Mid Fifty catalog and the two kits look semular accept the round rubbers on the 56 looks thicker and the 53-55's don't have black bolts, the part number is 2301-5355 phone number is 1-800-252-1956.

 

Thanx Bob. From the scetches / photos I saw in the catalogs it appears that on the 53-55 the round rubbers and the bolts are one piece. Just had another look into the LMC TRuck catalog. Here they have the best drawings of all catalogs I have. I guess the heads of the black bolts would not clear the frame (i.e. metal sits on metal). On the 53-55 kit the one-piece "rubber" bolts just sit on the frame. GUess I call John's today. They sold me that kit and better know.
