Custom rear turnsignals

I have a 55 f100. I was wandering where i could find rear turnsignals that fit inside the bed rails. I have a rolled rear pan and i wanted to mount the turnsignals in the bed rail. If someone can reply I would be very happy. Thanks!

If your talking about the little red jewel lights that mount in the bed roll you can get them from mid fifty (midfifty.com, part # 0228-RN $$$. I wouldnt rely on these lights alone for turn signals, they are quite small and may not be legal in some states (must meet a minimum square inch requirement).

I made a set of these lights that I will use as additional brake lights on my truck. Went to the hardware store and bought 2 chrome 1 1/4" sink plugs, drilled the plugs out to accept a jeweled light I found at a swap meet. Total cost about $15.00.

Good Luck

I agree that this application may not put out enough light to be effective, however, you may want to check out the aftermarket lights available for motorcycles. I have a JP Cycles catalog that shows several pages of different lights.
