Question Spray On Snow Vs. Real Snow

I am thinking of buying the Spray on Snow that's available this time of year for decorations and Christmas Trees and using it on my 250. I love the way snow looks on trucks; like they just came back from a mountain adventure. Should I just wait for the real thing? Are there any Snow Decals available?

Thanks.

Have a look at my 02 PSD in my gallery if you like snow.
Picture was taken yesterday.

Mike's goin for another starred thread. Spray on mud wasn't enough, now we've got snow too. Perhaps mixing them together would get the desired effect.

I tried the spray on stuff last year. Not happy with it because the white faded out terribly.

That fake snow will damage the paint! we used to spray it on the windows and stuff around here during Christmas and i accidentally got some on the wifes car. Didn't think too much of it till i wiped it off later and now theres a spot where it was.

First fake mud and now fake snow, Geez get out there and get your truck dirty and let it snow on it don't be a poser!

Just, you know, less white.

On edit, I just thought I should reveal the brand of spray snow I used to perhaps save someone else the humiliation that I suffered.

Blanco Barato brand spray snow (sounds imported...figures) from Target.

It was cheaper than the 'name' brand, and now I know why.

What do you think about just gluing some wads of cotton on the truck. Any recommendations on glue that won't damage paint?

OK, now this is serious and true and funny...

people here in SoCal will drive up to the mountains when there is snow, and then take the snow and put it all over the hood, and roof and trunk. or if its a truck they will also put it all in the bed. then they will drive down to where there is no snow and drive around with snow on the car.

being from canada, i found it pretty funny, when i was up in the mountains and watched people shoveling snow ONTO their cars, lol. i also found it funny that my bike 4x4 with big tires wasnt allowed up the rest of the mountain but little civics with chains were. i have driven in lots of conditions and chains were never used where i am from.
