Question stepside fenders

will stepside fenders from the 80's era fit on my 70's style bed, meaning would it bolt right up? or would I need new bed sides?

The 80's era are fiberglass and I think they're larger/longer. They're also more box looking.

The 80's style fenders will fit, but the mounting holes won't line up. It would take some modification. Besides that, the bed sides are identical. Hope that helps.
