Having just looked at the "Tech Articles", I am wondering it anyone in this group has used the Sylvania Xenarc lights in a 51 or 52? If so what kit did you use? Was it an easy fit? Who much did it cost?

What are other options?

I am going to a 12v system and will have to replace the old 6v lights anyway.

 

If it's brighter brites and whiter whites you're after...I put in headlight relays. With relays, the headlight switch, dimmer switch, and stock wiring only have to handle enough current to drive a relay coil, less than 1/4 of an Amp instead of the 10-12Amps they normally have to carry. I have the schematcs, if you're interested I could email them to you. I went ahead and replaced all wiring from my headlight switch on, spent less than $20.
