Cab Sun Visors...how to get vanity lights?

On the inside of my 2001 f-150, the sun visors don't have the vanity lights when you flip up the flap to see the mirror. Ford said unless they come with them from the factory, then I'm out of luck because they aren't wired.

Has anyone installed any that run on batteries? Or that can be wired?
