Block drain plug for coolant?

I have a 91 Ford Ranger with a 4.0L. I am draining the coolant to replace the head gaskets. Does the block have a drain plug? I cannot see one anywhere.
I have coolant in the #4 Cylinder. That is why I am replacing the head gaskets. I will probably also have the heads magnifluxed while there off also.

if the head gaskets have failed, the freeze sand plugs on the block and heads are probably about ate thru by old coolant also....remove and your block will drain

I got my engine out and could not believe Ford did not put a block drain on the 4.0 engine to drain the coolant?

Beat that Ranger 94 is starting off with a positive reputation.
Fred'
I have a 94' ranger-4.0. While you have the engine out, do yourself a big favor and replace both freeze plugs. They are a whopping .40 a piece. If you would, let me know what your pistons look like. Blew a head gasket in mine and ended up with a new motor because the #4 piston head was melted off! Eye up that main seal as well!! Good luck.
