Well I usually connect the seatbelt, but otherwise there should be something under the seat I believe.

Do a search! that has been discussed before and I think the procedure is actually in the owners manual as well.

I usually always wear it. but the problem is that even if im just sitting in park with the eng running it goes off.Gets a lil anoying. I wasnt sure if unpluging the harness under the seat would work. and also I dont have a manual, but a buddy of mine has an 04 f150 also.Ill check his out. Thanks for the feed back. Jay

Ya i did mine, but it depends on what you have. I have a 04 f-150 FX4 with power captain chairs. I had the belt minder which recuires you to turn truck on,but not startit ,wait for light to go of and connect and unconnect the seat belt 9 times in under 45 seconds. Just check with your buddys manual cause thier's two styles.

Theres a section in the owners manual that tells the procedure. It takes quite a few steps, like turning the key to the start position and then inserting and releasing the seat belt mechanism like 9 times. After that my eyes glazed over and I just gave up.

There is, at least on my 05, an easy way to do disable for the current time the engine is on. If you unbuckle, or haven't buckled you just insert the buckle and remove it quickly. This disables the warning until you shut the engine off and restart or buckle the seatbelt. This works really well for me as it's not all that often that I want to disble it.
