Public trails
I was wondering if any one knew of any public areas to go trail riding in VA?

Good question, I've looked in the past, to bring my son to. I couldn't find anything. I guess you have to know someone with some land. Hopefully someone on here can prove me wrong.

I know there is some public land in the mountains. It's just the problem of finding how to get to it

I grew up in NH. We could ride for miles under the power lines. But it seems here in Virginia that that's all private property.
