Transmission options

Hello My 50 F-1 is running a 68 302 ( mounted on the biscuits like a flathead ) conected to the original 50 floor shift 3 speed. I know the old transmission is the weak link and could prove difficult and damaging for a nonvice namely my wife to drive. I'm considering a transmission upgrade in the near future. These are the transmissions I'm considering. A 1964 toploader truck 3 speed, a 66 toploader truck 3 speed, a 60s Galaxie toploader 4 speed, a 1960 top shift heavy duty 4 speed, a F150 5 speed and lastly a C-4. My first question is, What is a good method of conecting the cluth of the later bellhousings to the under the floor pedals? Second, Will I have to cut out the original crossmember to install the C-4 or T-5? Third, Will a T-5 bolt to a 60s manual clutch bellhousing? Thank You
