GVW & NJ Self-Inspect

Hey Yall,
Can someone refresh my memory on the relatively new self-inspect law. Is it >10K or >12K GVW? I can't remember. I hate getting old.

I knew it was one of them. Just couldn't remember which one. Now I just gotta check to see what the dealership registered the '08 at.
