Front end lean?

I have a 1999 F350 Diesel Crew Cab Dually with 86K miles. The front of the truck leans to the drivers side. The under side looks ok. Any ideas of what the cause could be and a solution?

The actual truck leans to the drivers side or the tires are leaning that way when you look at them from the front? If it is just the tires then your camber is off and you need an alignment. If it is the whole truck then it sounds like you could have a weak spring on the drivers front. Easiest way to tell is the measure the ride height at each wheel. Front to back you can have no more than 1" and side to side no more than 1/2"
