thanks anyways but im wanting one with a 351 or 460 i got a truck now with a 302 and dont like the engine at all it should have never been put in trucks. thanks tho

that is one of the easiest blocks to build on.
i appreciate your kinship with larger blocks, but the stock 302 in my 84 Bronco whipped the 350 in a k5 blazer many times...
maybe you had a lemon, but 302's can be wicked bad and parts to modify are easy to find.
i love big blocks but you can be pimpin big with a 302.

Put a 351W cam in that 302 it will wake it up. My old truck has a 302. Before my dizzy went bad it would jerk you backwards on takeoff. That with a 3.00 axle ratio. At 100 mph hour I am running between 1/4 and half throttle. I have no problem pulling 6000 pounds down the highway or getting it started. I think 302s are terribly underestimated. Stock they are not anything as far as trucks go but it does not take alot of cash to get them where you need them.
