Thumbs up to Albuq-f1

OK guys, I think we need to give a big thumbs up to Albuq-f1.

I stopped by Ross's house yesterday, while we were talking he asked if I would like to go for a ride. I knew he was close to having his truck driveable and I was pleasantly suprised to be able to go for a ride in the beauty. We went out to his shop and he fired the old truck up. Nothing quite like the sound of a flat V8 with dual exhaust! His truck drives and ride very nice.

He has done an amazing job and has a beautiful truck to show for it so lets give him a huge round of applause.

Nice job Ross

Bobby

Gosh Bobby, you've got me blushing! I notice you omitted the part where you left in a huge cloud of tire smoke!! I look forward to cruising together !!

Ross,

I'll try and find out when the winter cruises are. It will be a kick to get both of our trucks out and about

Here here! For he's a jolly good fellow! It's party time...I didn't think anyone actually finished one of these things.

Ya know, I went back and spent a little more time checking out the photo's and I have to say that my first response was very much understated. She really is an absolute BEAUTY! Well done!

Thanks Doug!

I hate to say it, but it's kind of a let-down to get it this far. Kind of like the "empty nester" syndrome. Still plenty to do but less urgency, and I find myself looking at project cars in the paper. It requires a major change of mindset to have a driver!

It sounds as though you are ready for a new project! Building is where the fun is. Driving is a poor second. My next project is in the garage already even though I haven't finished my truck...
