It's not worth it, Nathan. We'll both have our rigs screwed back together well before he's figured out what to do for a steering wheel. Didn't you say your truck has a hoist on it now? Maybe you could do him a favor and put a wrecker bed on it instead so you can drag him to Pigeon Forge with us.

Your going to have to make a decision here. You can hang with 'fenders (check my gallery, I do have a Ford truck, it's fairly well documented)
Or you can run with 'rage, (he claims to have a Ford truck, or maybe it's an S10) Rage has been here for years, still no gallery? What do you suppose is up with that. I can't say for sure but the whole thing is startin to smell real bad to me. I know, he doesn't have or know anyone who owns a digital camera. They are pretty hard to find these days. Never mind, he might really have an old Ford truck. Maybe????

Show us the money 'rage!

Did you say Pigeon Forge? I'm kinda new here and haven't been much into the old car or truck scene (mostly old tractors) but have been in Pigeon Forge once when there were some old cars there. It's only about 4 hours or so from me, so maybe I could drive my "new" F6 there to a gathering? 'Course it might take more than 4 hours in that thing, but that just means more fun, right? Before I start that trip tho, I've got some work to do.

Yes, Pigeon Forge in mid-May for the F100 Supernats.
Rage
Working on that gallery yet? Maybe you could use the picture you emailed me. It doesn't have to be done. You know that though so get busy. Some PICs of the Gibbons IFS would be neat to see. Until we see the truck, you can just be the S-10 guy.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 26-Nov-02 AT 08:43 AM (EST)]Well if he doesn't have a digital camera he could take a normal picture and get a kodiak picture cd. Then transfer the pictures up. When he does get the pictures up I wonder who will be laughing last?

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 26-Nov-02 AT 07:32 PM (EST)]Nathan,
I raise lots of hell here and it's all in fun. If you ever hear me dis somebodies truck, please drive straight to Iowa and whip me soundly. Here at FTE, we have different abilities, incomes and goals. I can fully appreciate a primered up truck with a smoking problem. 'rage has a truck and I have seen a photo of it. It's a nice and solid project. He has been promising us some Gibbon's IFS pictures for a long time. Just harassing him to get them up. He'll be by to torch me soon. Count on that.
ANyway, it doesn't matter what 'rage has, I will always laugh at him.
He deserves it. OK, maybe I will stop if he wins the Supernats. But not until then.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 26-Nov-02 AT 10:35 PM (EST)]OK, Nathan, hang with 'fenders if you must, but I don't think you two would make a very good pair. You actually go out and WORK on your truck and he sits around in front of his 'puter and DREAMS about it! Besides, what does he know about the intricacies of an early effie or Merc? Us "bonus-built" guys hold ourselves to just a little higher standard. But that's neither here nor there. Just for the record, I most certainly do have a digital camera. As a matter of fact, I'm staring at it right now. What's more, it's full of project progress pictures with more than a few of the IFS. Unfortunately, I haven't had the TIME to figure out how to add them to my gallery because SOMEBODY busted my chops about my maturity level and my priorities and guilted me into spending the day ripping my kitchen apart to put a furnace in. Ya know, he's only a couple of hours away from me. If he'd quit stirring the pot here for a little while and come over and help me put these friggin' patio doors in, I might be able to find the time to do it! But for now, I must be off. I gotta haul an S-10 load of old siding over to the trash before I can crash for the night. Wait a minute - Hey Kai! Are you going to reside your shop soon? I've got some white vinyl that I'd be willing to part with. Maybe even a slightly used wall heater soon to!
