Also at the car show today was an original Torino pace car used by Nascar:

I have substantial circumstantial evidence that I own an original Torino pace car just like this one except mine is a hardtop. I have been searching for some concrete evidence or documentation and to date, have come up empty. Do you have any more information on this car or the owner? I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you.

 

Bob, I knew you couldn't stay away, your an fte junkie like the rest. Nice car, looks like the 429 SCJ with the shaker. I got me an 07 mustang GT now, the focus ST couldn't run with the big dogs and I got tired of sitting on the porch ha ha.
