Do you have any aftermarket electronics that you added by splicing wires or tied into the fuse block?

Bummer, b/c if you did it would be an easy fix. Indiscriminant electrical problems like you described are difficult to diagnose. My best guess would be a deteriorating wiring harness that carries wires from all the affected systems. Best advice I can give is to get a wiring schematic for your vehicle and see if you can ID a common connector. Also, do a thorough search here and elsewhere and see if anyone has had a similar issue. Good Luck!

Locate your GEM (Generic Electronics Module) and see if it is wet. Leaks around the windshield allows water to get to it and them all kinds of weird 'full moon' **** starts happening.
