New House

Hey guys I mentioned in another thread that I was buying a new house and just wanted to let ya take a peek.

There actually no grass there yet so my father-in-law photochopped some in.. LOL. It will be nice to be in the country. 2.23 acres and access to a 12 acre pond, view for miles, and wildlife all around.

Hey Chris, Nice looking place! I especially like the side entry garage.

Bet those photo-edited lawns are easy to take care of.

Did you have the place built, or was it a spec home?

Thanks Rob. I am sure that the lawn would be much easier to take care of, LOL.

It was a spec home.

Chris I like your taste in homes. One level with two car garage. Nice location to. Country living at its finest. Where is this house located?

Thanks guys. We currently have a split entry home and are getting really tired of all the stairs so this should be nice. The house is about 6 miles South of Glenwood but because of the curvy road it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to Glenwood or about 25-35 to get to CB/Omaha/Bellevue.

We knew that we needed a 2 car garage as the wife wanted to park inside and then the pull truck needs to go somewhere as I won’t have the money for a while to build a shop. Once I do build a shop though the 18x8 garage door will be nice and easy to pull the SuperDuty into.

Nice Casa, Chris!! Hey, where do I get one of those photoshopped lawns?? Now all you need is that 40x60 shop out back! Don't forget to give Nick your new address, so he can...uh...you know....um...stop off and give you a house warming present....you know, something nice for the truck..with an "N" on it!!!

No need for house warming gifts unless it is 460 parts, Beer, or a shop… Yes I do hope to put up some sort of a building to store and work on the pull truck as well as other things but that won’t be for a while as how do you say it… I will be BROKE… LOL.

Looks like we are closing tomorrow. The good news is that we have until Sunday to be out of our old house.
