San Diego - Need Mechanic Recommendation

I have a 1973 Ford F-100 that needs some work (blown head gasket). Need a recommendation for a mechanic/shop that does good work that isn't going to screw me over.

Closer to Mission Valley / North Park area would be nice, but anything will do.

Thanks,

JLS

I know a guy named..Baltazar *spelling is bad but yea* he is out of escondido did a lot of work on my 79 f150 really honest good mechanic. If you are willing to drive to escondido...i think about 30 miles from north park give or take I will get you his address and number and all that. I recomend him, he is the only mechanic who has touched any of my parents cars really, and my truck.

Yep, turned out to be a header/gasket issue.

Right on man I am glad to hear that. My brother in law runs a good honest shop and I am always glad to refer people to him. Only person other then the dealer to ever work on my vehicles.
