Rear wheels nearly fell off at 200 miles on new E350 chassis. We need to talk.
Wheel nut had backed out.

 

Have you looked in the back of your owner's manual? or called the dealership? Maybe looked on-line?

I don't know.... just random thoughts.....

 

I can talk to the customer service department, but they are just a call center and enter my data into a computer. I really wanted to talk to someone who gave a darn...but after 4 1/2 hours or trying, the answer was always...those numbers are proprietary information and if they want to talk to you, they will call you.
Very disappointing as I have always thought the world of Ford. Something is significantly wrong in their culture. They have gone the way of Microsoft and Dell. Heartbreaking.
