Hey guys , after a 3 and a half year stint in Central Florida , my family and I have moved back to the Northeast ( The Peoples Socialist Republic of New Jersey) fortunately this is only a pit stop till we land somewhere in PA . I have a little girl now and she needed to be raised right as an Eagles / Flyers fan , and the job market in Fla sucked ! Anyway I was hoping you guys could offer some tips on where to look for semi rural property ??? I know we would like to be with in an hour or so drive of Philly if possible , we would like to find somewhere we could get 5 to 10 acres , but not so rural its a half hour drive to the corner store , any suggestions ??? any family in Real Estate ? we are looking to move by Spring /Summer '07 prefer Lease /Purchase but would take a rental if must .
