Turbo Savers

I bought my first F-250 Super Duty Diesel over the summer and have learned a lot of useful information from reading your threads. I do however have several questions about Turbo Savers:<O</O

1) Which brand would you recommend?
<O
2) Are they difficult to install or should I pay the shop to do it?
<O</O

3) How well do they work?

Thank you.

Had a Diesel Turbo Lifesaver (350.00) programmable from 1-240 minutes installed on my '04 6.0 and liked it alot but the electronics shop could not interface the factory alarm. So I scraped it and purchased a Viper alarm instead with remote start and 10 minute max timer. Overall I enjoyed having it but after putting a $1500.00 Kenwood in I figured why not have an alarm that worked to include a turbo timer.

Turbo Saver now offers several interface adapters for factory alarms, to use keyless entry, and to use cruise buttons as user interfaces.

Seems like a great product but I eventually want to add an electronic exhaust brake. Would these two items work together without modifications?

I have the DTS turbo saver. Works really well, I have the 0-15 minute model. Works well when I tow the boat long distances
