76 Bronco value??

Hey guys you all have more knowledge about this than I so I thought I would ask here.

My father-in-law has taken ownership of his mothers 1976 Bronco. It has 51k on it and is in immaculate condition. There is no, nada, zip, zero rust and it still has the original spare tire in the back that looks like it just came off of the rack. The interior is fantastic as well. She (grandma) drove it to the mailbox, and market and that is it. The only downside is when he was driving it home from her house the lower radiator hose blew off and overheated the engine. The entire engine was replaced (still has the old one as well) and a new radiator was put in. I belive it is a manual and it is 4x4. Like I said this thing is cherry and is original not restored.

So the question is How much is it worth? What would be the going rate someone would pay for it. He has been told anywhere from $10k-$30k, so I wanted to check for myself. He is kicking around the idea of selling/ebay'ing it and buying a new Ranger with the money. So what would be a good price to start (and no he won't take $1 for it).

Anyone here be interested in it? They are located in PA, near Pittsburg.
